FALLS CHURCH, VA. (July 28, 2025) — BreakPoint Labs, LLC, a technically proficient, mission-focused cybersecurity services company, is proud to announce its role as a significant subcontractor to Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) on a $137 million ceiling value prime contract awarded by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).

As a key subcontractor to Parsons, BreakPoint Labs will support the DTRA by delivering advanced red team capabilities, specifically designed to emulate sophisticated adversarial activities targeting DoD missions. The critical work will help the Agency in fielding capabilities and strengthen the overall cybersecurity posture of national security systems.

The single award was issued under the Assessment, Exercise, Modeling and Simulation, and Support (AEMSS) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) multiple award task order contract (MATOC) with a one-year base period of performance and four one-year option periods plus one six-month option period.
