Thomas George has served as the Chief Executive Officer of BreakPoint Labs since founding the company in 2015. He is responsible for formulating the company’s vision, developing its corporate strategy, and managing operations as a cybersecurity service provider, including the high-quality performance of government and commercial contracts.

Tommy has spearheaded the corporate attainment of CMMI-Services Level 4 appraisal and ISO 9001:2015 and 27001:2022 certifications to ensure high-quality delivery of cybersecurity services that protect mission success for the Department of War (DoW), Federal, and commercial clients. With over 15 years of program management experience, Tommy has led large, highly technical workforces conducting offensive and defensive cyber operations in support of some of the most complex government missions. In addition to delivering critical infrastructure and enterprise cybersecurity solutions, Tommy is a recognized cybersecurity policy expert within the DoW ecosystem.

Before founding BreakPoint Labs, Tommy served as a Senior Program Manager at Parsons Corporation, where he led a team of 85 experts delivering cybersecurity services, including security operations center (SOC) functions, enterprise-wide vulnerability assessments, innovative cyber research and development (R&D) initiatives, and other mission-critical solutions in the cyberspace domain.

Tommy holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from St. Joseph’s University. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds the Advanced in AI Security Management (AAISM) certification. He also serves as an elected Council Member in the Town of Chevy Chase View, Maryland.
