NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP), pronounced "soup," provides information technology, communications, and audio-visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services to all federal agencies and their approved contractors. NASA awarded SEWP I in 1993, making it the first Government-Wide Acquisition Contract in the federal acquisition space. The program is self-funded through a 0.34% surcharge that is included in the price of the service rather than billed as a separate line item, and it supports more than 50,000 orders a year.
BreakPoint Labs, LLC, a Valiant Solutions company, holds the SEWP VI Category B and Category C contracts. BreakPoint Cyber Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of BreakPoint Labs, separately holds the Category A contract for ITC/AV products. Together, the two entities hold contracts in all three SEWP VI categories.
Category B, Enterprise-Wide ITC/AV Service Solutions. BreakPoint Labs operates enterprise-wide cybersecurity services that agencies consume as shared services. For the DoD High Performance Computing Modernization Program, BreakPoint Labs runs a Cybersecurity Service Provider under DoD Instruction 8530.01, protecting the Defense Research and Engineering Network and its classified segment. Service lines include managed security operations center support, continuous monitoring, cloud security engineering as an AWS partner, and DevSecOps deployment of nationwide monitoring sensor and SIEM infrastructure using infrastructure as code. BreakPoint Labs also delivers advanced security operations center services to the Department of the Interior.
Category C, Mission-Based ITC/AV Services. Cybersecurity and security systems services are BreakPoint Labs' core business. Service lines include cyber red teaming and threat emulation, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, risk and security control assessments, network security monitoring and intrusion detection, threat hunting and network forensics, incident response, security orchestration and automation, cyber threat intelligence, and data analytics. BreakPoint Labs has supported the U.S. Army ERDC Cyber Red Team since 2018, conducts penetration testing across HHS Office of Inspector General infrastructure, and assessed more than 120 systems a year as a USACE Security Control Assessor-Validator.

If the Government issues a Request For Quote (RFQ) or a Market Research Request (MRR), the Contractor may only respond with items available on their Contract and the price of each item shall be the no greater than the price in Attachment F SEWP database of record at the time the quote is issued.
