BreakPoint Labs is Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 certified, based on the successful completion of a Certified Third-Party Assessor Organization (C3PAO) assessment in March 2025. The assessment, available within the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS), provides the DoD with an independent verification of BreakPoint Labs' ability to effectively safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in accordance with all CMMC Program requirements.

This certification reinforces our commitment to enhancing supply chain security, mitigating cyber risks, and ensuring mission resilience across DoD missions.

BreakPoint Labs' Cybersecurity Service Unit has been appraised at maturity level 4 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® for Services (CMMI-SVC).

This high-maturity appraisal indicates our organization performs at a “quantitatively managed” level, using data-driven decision-making to reduce risk and enhance mission assurance for our clients and partners. This builds on our previous Level 3 appraisal and reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement.

Since 2018, BreakPoint Labs has maintained a certified Quality Management System (QMS) under ISO 9001:2015 standards, which governs BPL's processes for attracting, hiring, and retaining a technically-proficient cybersecurity workforce.
