In alignment with our belief that our Team Members are our greatest asset, BreakPoint Labs is proud to offer all eligible Team Members an affordable and robust Benefits Program including:
STD (Short Term Disability) – Provides 60% of the Team Member’s weekly salary, up to $1,500/week for up to 13 weeks (after a 7-day elimination period).
LTD (Long Term Disability) – Provides 60% of the Team Member’s monthly salary, up to $6,000 per month until the age of retirement.
