FALLS CHURCH, Va., June 2, 2026 — BreakPoint Labs today announced that it has been acquired by Valiant Solutions, a Bluestone Portfolio Company and leading provider of advanced cybersecurity technologies and mission-engineered cyber operations supporting Federal and National Security customers.

The combination brings together two organizations united by a shared commitment to technical excellence, innovation, and mission success. Together, BreakPoint Labs and Valiant Solutions will deliver expanded capabilities across AI-enabled cyber operations, adversarial threat emulation and red team operations, operational technology security, DevSecOps, software factory enablement, and advanced cybersecurity engineering in support of some of the Nation’s most critical missions.
